"how i ended up drawing this stuff-
After a few years of drawing portraits and still life i started exploring ways of expressing abstract ideas onto paper using whatever skill i had developed in high school drawing classes. This curiosity led to the creation of a lot of abstract art which was mostly pen and pencil based (i haven't uploaded those works on the site. They can be seen in my Deviantart gallery) and detailed with numerous elements and shapes. Most of the drawings were automatic and spontaneously drawn without much emphasis on the overall composition. Until recently i continued to create spontaneously drawn abstract art.
Gradually i started to deviate from abstract drawings to works where i gave more emphasis on the overall composition, feel, surrealism and detail in order to depict ideas that transcend day to day life. The works shown here are a byproduct of this new exploration and are displayed in chronological order."
